Olafur Eliasson - One-Way Colour Tunnel - 2007

This past summer Olafur Eliasson blew us away with his amazing “New York City Waterfalls” (L.I.M.O. coverage here). The exhibit at MCA Chicago is a great opportunity for the Midwest to see what all the fuss is about.

Olafur Eliasson - Multiple grotto - 2004

The multi-sensory environments that Eliasson creates are all designed to take you out of place. The effect is a varying meditative state that discounts the reality of your surroundings. The experience precipitates bold personal change for the patient.
