SUSAN EDER & CRAIG DENNIS – STRATA
February 15th, 2009Susan Eder and Craig Dennis are currently showing at the Marsha Mateyka Gallery in DC. “Strata”, the exhibition is a photographic series depicting anomalous cloud formations. The photos have not been manipulated or tainted in any way.
The activity of cloud watching is best accomplished in a reclined position, preferably in a bed of grass. Sounds and smells of the soil couple with a glimpse into infinity. This state of repose triggers portions of the mind dormant since humankind first took shelter.
